Project: WRAP - Ten Cities
Client: WRAP - Love Food Hate Waste, charity & campaigning organisation. Funded by DOE & EU.
Location: Cardiff, Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow; for promotion countrywide
Brief: To produce three short videos filming in England, Scotland & Wales to celebrate the achievements of the 10 Cities Campaign that was run in partnership with major retailers Tesco and Sainsbury’s. The aim of the campaign was to reduce food waste in homes through a series of fun activities targeting communities in 10 cities across the UK.
3 x 5 minute films for release on social media platforms. We filmed street events, soup kitchens, school cookery classes & inspirational community champions. We intercut our footage with archive (iPhones & Newsreel) & user generated content from the campaign.
Results: The films were released across WRAP's media and digital channels, associated community groups and retailers social media pages gathering over 100,000 views, creating a real buzz around the success of the campaign.
