Project: Funky Frankwell

Client: Over twenty owners of independent shops, restaurants and bars based in Frankwell, Shrewsbury.

Location: Frankwell, Shrewsbury

Brief: To create a website that promotes the district of Frankwell , the birthplace of Darwin - as a fantastic shopping, social and heritage destination; with independent shops, and an eclectic range of restaurants, bars, cafes and walking trails.

Produced: Successful Crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for the project (130% of target raised). Shropshire's first 360 VR powered website, virtual tours, photography, video and copywriting. Propogation of the Brand across web site & social media. Ongoing management of the Funky Frankwell social media accounts; Facebook & Twitter, promoting special events with a monthly calendar of activities.

Results:

The launch was featured on BBC Shropshire radio with articles in the local press. We have successfully built a growing community of highly engaged followers on Funky Frankwell’s social media accounts and attracted substantial further sponsorship to the project.
